Data Breach Response
In the event of a personal data breach, we follow NDPC requirements:
NDPC Notification
Report data breaches to the NDPC within 72 hours of becoming aware, unless unlikely to result in risk to rights and freedoms.
Individual Notification
Notify affected data subjects without undue delay when the breach is likely to result in high risk to their rights and freedoms.
Documentation
